"Parvadean The Governor", sculpted by Kristina Lucas Francis, is an International Supreme Champion Welsh section C stallion. He is in a relaxed stance, with his head turned slightly. He is owned by Olde Worlde Stud in the UK.

The braid behind the ears is traditional Welsh C show grooming. The tail is styled for show with the base thinned out like a round-tip paintbrush, to a length near the hocks. The forelock is shown long in the UK, although Welsh C forelocks may be shown shorter in the USA. "The Gov" is well known for his wavy mane, yet not overdone. The feathers on the hinds are sculpted flowing inwards along the back. This is exactly how Gov's hind feathers grow.

The alteration of this sculpture, which includes but is not limited, mane adjustments, tail adjustments, head and/or leg repositioning, whether for personal use or for recasting and/or reselling is strictly prohibited.
